Relationship Focus. This is something you’ll experience from the beginning, such as when you call Touching Hearts, you will be answered by a live person. Even for phone support, no matter the time or day your call is answered by a real person. We don’t just care for our clients; we care about them. When someone we work with has a need, we’ll do our best to find a solution. We work to build relationships with the senior communities in the areas we serve which helps us make recommendations through our Senior Placement Services.
Respect. We respect our clients and their families, and we know that health can be very personal. We not only respect your privacy, but we prefer discretion. That means we don’t arrive at your home in a vehicle covered in our logo nor dressed in a uniform, rather caregivers arrive in an unmarked vehicle and wearing plain clothes with a nametag. It’s your prerogative to keep your care from us quiet, and we respect that.
Flexibility. Our flexibility of care is the primary thing that sets us apart from other senior and in-home care agencies. Whether you need 3 hours a week or 24-hour a day care, we can help. Having a Comprehensive Home Care license allows us to continue care with a client even as their needs advance or change. Because we are private-pay only, we have more flexibility in the type of care we are able to provide. And we are flexible because we are willing and ready to help however we can.
Serving Mindset. Our goal with every client is to help meet their needs by providing the best possible care. We will work with you to find a solution for your situation, whether you have worked with us for a long time or are a brand new client. And if the best possible solution is outside of our capability, we will refer you to a vetted company or person who can help.
Integrity. At Touching Hearts, our main goal is to serve our clients with integrative care, taking into account the whole person and we do so with honesty. If we assess your situation and feel that another service such as assisted living or maybe light house cleaning may be better suited, we will gladly refer you to someone we trust. All of our caregivers undergo a background check, fingerprinting, and must test negative for tuberculosis. Our nursing staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our pricing is simple and straightforward, so you won’t have to be surprised by any extra costs added on to your loved one’s care. We make it our job always to do what’s best for you because that’s what integrity means to us.
When Aaron and Breanne were seeking a change, they wanted to be in the business of serving and bettering the lives of others. Breanne had personally experienced the importance of kind care during a time of need in her family several years back, so taking over ownership of the well-established South Metro franchise of Touching Hearts at Home was just the opportunity they were looking for. The Stromleys became the owners in December 2016, after the previous and only former owners retired. Aaron and Breanne are passionate about their work and helping those in their community.
